We are partnering with a boutique litigation practice seeking a Litigation Secretary / Legal Assistant with 1-2 years of civil litigation experience to step into a long-term temporary role. This position is open due to an upcoming transition and offers stability, exposure, and meaningful responsibility from day one.

• Maintain and manage court calendaring and deadlines
• Prepare, format, and file motions and legal documents
• E-file in state and federal courts

• Help ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently
